Ofaloto Kuma
Polynesian Drummer
Ofaloto is a Polynesian drummer of Tongan descent based in Central California. He was born into the founding family of No Te Here O Te Hiroa (also known as The Polynesian Club of Fresno) and carries in his blood the Polynesian arts and music. Just like his family before him, Ofaloto has at heart to spread the beauties of the Pacific Islands and turns what was first a way to release the homesickness into a philosophy of life.
Today, Ofaloto perfects his craft and performs on prestigious stages in both the United-States and the Great Pacific. He also offers teaching workshops in various places of the world where his art is needed and performs original beats in different ‘Ori competitions throughout the globe.
Ofaloto is the composer of Ma’uera’a, the central song of the film.
